My husband and I love poached eggs, but I was tired of not doing them right and ruining them, so I finally got this pan. I'm glad I did! If you time it right, the eggs can come out just the way you want them. However, I must say that I agree with those that are disappointed with the stickiness of the supposedly nonstick cups. I've had to use cooking spray on them, which I wish I didn't have to do. I also agree with the reviewer who is bummed out about the boil marks that appear at the bottom of the pan after one use. Not important as far as the product is concerned, but just a bummer.
