Customer Review: Changed my fear of pressure cookers

I have had a life-long fear of pressure cookers after witnessing one blow up back in the day. After getting into to micro-canning, I found that I would not be able to can many things if I did not use a pressure cooker. I reviewed a lot of different kinds of pressure cooker/canners before settling on the Fagor Futuro 10 Quart.
The Futuro 10 quart was a perfect size for what I canned and the handles made it really simple to store without taking up a lot of kitchen "real estate." The safety features and design gave me a lot of confidence and lessened my fear of cooking/canning with pressure.
I felt so confident that I used the pressure cooker/canner to make a few meals. It cooked evenly though, due to its size, I would not say that it built pressure very fast.
I would have preferred to have a third option than two settings. I also would appreciate being able to purchase accessories, or getting a second (smaller) sized pot for my cooker/canner lid since I know they are made. It is for these reasons, I have given it only four stars.

Pressure cooker is constructed with 18/10 stainless steel and comes complete with two short handles for easy storage, an automatic locking lid for added convenience, an easy-cleaning valve, a steamer basket that doubles as a food grater, and a ?Tastefully Under Pressure? cookbook with over 90 delicious recipes. Exclusive triple valve safety system plus safety lock on handle prevents opening before all pressure is released. Visual pressure indicator on handle shows when all pressure has been released from cooker. Spring-type mechanism with two pressure settings: LOW (8psi) and HIGH (15psi).
